Here is him stating that he will send me the information after i paid him the full 250 USD on paypal

And here is what i get after using the information he sent me
The only thing that seeemd to be true was his login name the password was invalid and so was everything else.

And to prove that he is a scammer, when i asked him to stay logged on until i check everything out, he signed out after he recieved his money.
