What do you consider ultimate skiller?

 

Multiple 99s definetly, money comes in handy, rare name, etc.

 

I am in the works of a level 3 w/ 99 Crafting, 99 Mining, 99 Thieving, Maybe 99 wc. I don't have 200 Vouches but mine are worth more than most people with 200 Pm me if interested along those lines.
