    Forum Clock is messed up?

I don't know why but when I switch the timezone to my local time (GMT-8) it shows up 4 hours 8 minutes earlier (Which is GMT-4) and then when I switch to GMT-4 the Clock switches to the proper hour in my timezone but is still 8 minutes behind this is not a huge deal but wondering why it does this...?

All my Clocks are set to match Canadian Government Time (GMT-8).

It has something to do with the server this website is currently on. The best for the time being we can do is 8 minutes off.
