Buying assistance with paypal unlimiting.

I have a bank account on there, I just recently got limited. I have to get my business in there, I just have on idea how to do so, as I have no business. I also have to leave some kind of feedback on my recent transactions, I click it and it does nothing. If anybody can do this for cheap let me know. I have $150 in PayPal, and I want it to be saved. I know Wernis used to do this, I already messaged him ad he said he doesn't know if he'll do it or not. I'm looking for somebody that knows what their doing, that can do it easily and is trusted. The bank account is a virtual bank account that I bought from a friend. I don't think that matters in any way though. Thanks. I don't know if this is the wrong section or what, I just really need this done immediately.
