How to transfer a name from 1 account to your other?

yes i am kind of confused about this

I read the runescape wikia character names article and it still confused me

from what i understand...

1 = Rare Name
2 = Bad Name

1. You change the display name of account 1 (but then right away you cant change number 2 to number 1's name?)
2. You wait the 28 days from account number 1
3. You quickly, immediately change account number 2's name to number 1's rare name?

Problem with this is is that their are many options for failure with other people picking the name if it is extremely common hmm. Also it says that "The name will be held for the 28 days in which the user may not change his or her name, and then for at least 7 more days, depending on the time the original name was held. This is so that he or she may revert to his or her old name if he or she wishes. Once these days have passed, the old Display Name will no longer be on hold and can be taken by others. "

so how would you know when these 7 days are over is it just a guess and check process praying to god your right?

 

The account that has the good name switches to some thing random and then the other account picks up the name as soon as possible. It's slightly risky but you should be fine if you try to switch names as fast as possible.

 

Just check it every day after the 33 days are up?

 

but someone can just take it since it is a common but rare name?

 

I believe pokemoners has a decent method of name swtiching?

 

As far as I know you just keep track of how long it's been and hope for the best.
