Briefly explain the trade: I wished to buy his account so we decided to negotiate terms on msn. We decided on $200 through WU. I would wire money over to him online with my debit card, and after receiving payment he would send me over his account information.

How they scammed: After sending the money, receiving confirmation from both the website and a customer service rep, and confirmation from his texts he never sent me account information. He had told me the transaction was canceled. He even the posted on his topic "No more online WU bs, if u wanna use WU, got to go to the store and pay, because alot ppl trying to scam me by sending money online through western union, then getting refunded money."

Also if you notice his edited post and account profile in relation to when I posted my complaint in his topic, he changed his email address from [email protected] to [email protected].

He has a high post count and for this it's rather sad how he tries to prey on the newer users for his own gain. I'm not sure how I would cancel the order... It would be hard for me to do since he PICKED IT UP already. I even tried a compromise of him sending back just half the money and we would be even. He would not agree to it at all.
