This person has attempted to deceive moderators in order to infract me, if not ban me.

His claim was that he did not get a refund and that he wanted his money back. However, he claimed a dispute making a lie to paypal that he did not receive the guide and days later, he got his money back.

I have found the details on David Sarver. The details show that he claimed that he did not receive the item, and managed to get a refund.


The user claimed that he paid for the item "Runescape Eping Glitch" on the date: 06/07/10 - note that the date is dd/mm/yy

In his evidence he also claims that I give a refund around this time, which is half true. I do not refund the guy but I make a payment towards him of $4.50 as shown in the red box.

There is proof with the same dates of how I received payment from him, then it was put on temporary hold, and then he got the money.

Anyone that was refunded was refunded carefully on their reasoning which did not breach the t&c.

He claims to have not been refunded.

I want to see that action has taken place otherwise I will have to make the report again as I will assume the person who looked at this ignored it for being an exceptionally long report.

From what I can gather:

- You sent $4.50 to [email protected] as a refund.

- While his PayPal email that he sent you money to was - [email protected]

Maybe you made a mistake a sent it to the wrong person? Thinking that you had actually sent it to him...

 

Honestly, if you're going to quote somebody on the forums, use the REAL QUOTE FORMAT.

 

I did not send a refund to him. I do apologize for the misconception. In his 'scammer' report, he mentioned that at the time he purchased the guide and asked for a refund, someone else got a refund. So I pointed out that I did give this, someone else, a refund.

I did not give the 'scammer' a refund however. He made a claim to paypal that I did not send him anything, and he then received his money back.

The $4.50 payment is to someone else proving that I refunded another guy, not him.
