Is there a way to remove unknown emails?

I'm trying to sell my ranged tank, and I forgot that there's an email on it. Well, I no longer have access to that email, and I don't feel like waiting 14 days to sell my account. I've seen a couple guides on doing this, but they appear to be outdated. Is there an up to date way to remove emails without waiting a long time?

 

I dont think there is now. I think the only way you would be able to is to change email to the buyers.

 

Doesn't that take 2 weeks, unless you have access to the email that is currently registered? Damn, doubt anybody's going to buy from a Sythe noob if they see an email attached.

 

Wtf.. I just logged into email preferences and it says this lol:

"You do not currently have a registered address. To register one, please click here, or visit the Account Management page and click Email Registration."

But when you log in, it says "Registered" under email. God dammit Jagex.

 

isnt there a thread on the runescape forums that if you post a request on it, they wipe your information?

Yeah but I don't trust that thread, even as the original owner. They say if they deem you to not be the original owner they'll lock you out. I'm not taking any chances.

Not sure what the hell I did but I managed to get it taken off. Close please, resolved.

 

They only TEMPORARILY lock it until you send in the appeal and it gets accepted, so don't worry about it in the future .

Also how did you remove the email so fast?

 

I recovered an old account of mine that a "friend" stole
I posted on the rs forums, and they cleared all the information off it

 

yea there is a method to remove all emails (unknown, known, have access to current/don't have access)

but I'm not telling you it

only way would be if u somehow knew the e-mail code... doubt that would be possible now though.
