Need Vps Help

My friend just got on my computer to check facebook and thought my vps was my desktop and started clicking shit and now everything is gone the only thing on the vps is the vnc bar, I reset the vps but nothing showes up still.

Tl;Dr: Everything disappeared off my vps.
