    Requirement to nominate someone for each one, for example you can't just vote in the sectional mod of the month and leave overall member of the month blank! :|

    How does this suggestion sound:

    What if I picked about 5-6 members who I think deserve the Overall Member of the Month, and you guys vote for them? I'd probably discuss some nominees with other staff members and whatever, but the regular Member of the Month for staff would remain the same.

    Hmm, so I'm guessing that's not a good idea.

    I basically want a change because it's usually the same group of people being nominated and voted on and that's not inspiring the community to get involved around the forums.

    That sounds like a good idea Hahanerd. You could pick some people and then the users vote on those selected few. Also could you make the vote provate so you don't see other votes so users don't just copy them because they are lame and can't think for them selves?
