PayPal Help

So I have a Canadian Paypal, a friend of mine sent me $.30 USD, and on it shows as a received payment, however my balance still shows 0.

When I check in the details it says I have received the $.30 but there was also a $.30 fee for some unannounced reason.

Why is this happening and how can I resolve this?

 

Well you have $0.00 Balance because of the fee...

I would say the fee might be for The Can - Us or first time or somthing very wierd.

Your best bet would be to contact PayPal them selfs.
