    Automobile Accident

I was driving a 50cc scooter. I bought it because I needed some wheels. I had the money to buy a sports-bike, but I'm only 17 and I don't really want to die, so... I bought to to be a safe driver.

But that's bullshit, BMW stops suddenly and I hit it. Luckily, nobody was hurt beyond minor scatches, but I did make a ugly scratch on the BMW. I could've easily just driven off, but I recently decided to be a good Christian and take responsibilty for my actions. I have no insurance.

The lady driving it was very nice about it, and asked me if I was ok. But the husband (he was home at the time) doesn't seem to merciful.
If they were to just paint over the scratch, it would cost no more than 150~250$. However, if they take it to the official service center, the faggots there will make everything seem like a big deal and try to give them a complete paintjob for 800$, at the lowest.
Even worse, if they're blind for money, they'll suggest that the couple buy a new back bumper. 2000$, at the lowest.

If I'm lucky, I will pay no more than 150$. But if I'm not, I'm going to have to couch up money that I don't have.
I can't tell my dad; he's going on a missionary trip. If he finds out, of course he'll be a father and pay for the damages, and I'll get in loads of trouble. But he'll have to cancel that trip, and I will simply not let that happen.

To fellow Christians; I hope that you will pray for me and my situation.
    To those who are not;
How am I going to live another day. lol

    Do you have Insurance?
Were the Police called and have this all on file?

    Insurance Should pay for this.

If the Police were not called you do not have to pay anything enless you have signed saying you done it. This could result in court.

You can simply ask if they have Insurance and if they can claim it.

No, no police were called. Even the police passing by just looked and went their way. It wont result in court; we're not in the United States
The worst that can happen is that I would have to pay for the damage, which I will. I'm not going to walk away from this

But does their Insurance cover it?

If you caused the accident, (which I'm not sure if you did because the BMV just stopped and you hit it ) if I'm not mistaken then THEIR insurance should cover it otherwise I'm not sure.

Good luck I hope everything works out

Get some insurance. Sorry to be harsh but no insurance means stay off the road.

Nonetheless I hope it works out for you and that shop can't paint a front end for $800, let alone an entire car. Also its illegal to try to get an entire car painted if only 1 section is scrathed up. (I mean get you to pay for the entire cars paintjob)

Learn from your msitake and move on, you'll be fine. Nice job not avoiding it either as some cowards would have done.

Mann, just be lucky you weren't caught with no insurance.. You sound like you're from the UK? The 50cc 'ped an' all. If you're caught with no insurance, you'll prolly get a driving ban.

Tbh, you're just gonna have to stump up. If you can't afford it, you'll have to tell your dad.

    Nah, I live in Korea.
50cc's don't need license plates, or insurance
    I can afford 800$, but not 2000$.

    To Brenny:
I editted that part after he asked, lol
    thanks lots bro.
