    Help with paypal.
    I have a Autsralian paypal, and i live in the US. Everytime i try sending money as a gift/payment owed i get a error saying i need to add a credit/debit card. How can i send money without verifying / adding anykind of info.

    Help with paypal.
    You can verify it with a Virtual CC/debit card or a prepaid CC/debit card. Other than that is not possible.

    Help with paypal.
    How do i obtain a gift card? And is that the same as a prepaid debit card? Or is that a green dot card?
