Slayer does not have to be above 70, any level is fine.
Runecrafting I would like to be above 60, 70+ is even better.
A bank of 30-40m would also be great, however I'm wanting a lowest of 20m.

I know you were looking for 70+ but thought I'd give it a shot. With 30M you could get 99 fletch/fire/cook pretty fast and continue on from there.

 

Yeah, basically what I want to do with this account, is turn it into a kick-ass skilling pure.

Long story that I feel like explaing, I had a really good 1 defence pure, it had perfect PVP stats and was almost 1800 total, then I got 2 defence and raged and went initiate.

And I never completed my goal of 1 def with 2k total, so yeah.
(I'm just too lazy to start from scratch)
