    WoW Freeze & Crash

Basically, i have this. With afew exceptions.

This only happens in WOTLK Content, i dont have issues anywhere else. Play time varies before the screen feezes, and turns black ( i HAVE to click it for it to turn black & start showing that its not responding )

Anything that may pertain to it only happening in WOTLK content?

I have used the repair tool, and i downloaded it from the website, so i have no worries about a disk issue.

This only started happening after i restored my computer to factory settings.

    Things I've looked at / tried. '

    1. Check Fans - All 3 system fans are running fine.
    2. Repair tool - Checked out ok.
    3. Use old and new graphic card drivers - Didnt change anything.
    4. Deleting my UI and playing without anything - Didnt change anything.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I can get a picture / fraps video of what happens when it freezes in WOTLK content if that would help at all, which i doubt it will.

I know the power supply isnt causing this, because none of my computer specs have changes since i moved and restored my computer.

I dont get an error or anything when WoW closes out.

If this is the norm, feel free to lock this thread, i just wasn't sure if the above quoted message only pertained to WOTLK content or not. Thanks for looking into this.

As a basic precaution, make sure Windows is up to date and you aren't running anything funky in the background.

The only other thing running while WoW is up is maybe google chrome, iTunes, Avast, and MSN.
