Brendan W - Bring him back

I don't care if this doesn't help the cause. I don't care if all the staff will look down on me for this. All I care about is helping a mate and making sure common sense prevails.

Brendan received a ban for scamming OVER 12 MONTHS ago to the tune of below $10. He even ADMITTED to breaking the rule. If he had been caught, the staff would surely have said 'If you had admitted to it, you would have been unbanned'.

Seriously Sythe, I could barely buy an iceblock with the amount he scammed. If you SLAP someone in the face, you don't get the same punishment for sticking a knife through their eye.

Also, over the week Brendan has been mod, he's caught 4 high-profile ban evaders. He's done his job superbly..achieving a third of his required mod logs in a couple of days.

His character is also almost flawless. He has a knowledge of everything from sport to computers and is always polite; almost never swears. I find myself feeling guilty for swearing in his presence.

UNBAN Brendan. Let him participate in the community. Frankly he still deserves staff but I know that's really never going to happen in this system.

HE DIDN'T EVEN WANT ME TO POST THIS. He wanted to go through the proper process..waiting months for a pardon for something so ridiculously insignificant.

A scam is a scam. If he scammed you, it would be a whole different story. Think of this in the point of view of the victim.

No hatred, Brendan, but you shouldn't have done it.

 

I would GIVE friends this amount of money if they needed it...infact I spent more on milk this morning.
