Good obby mauler stats

I just started this obby mauler the other day. Never really used a pure obby mauler though.
My stats are;
1 att
73 str
1def/range/mage/prayer /summon
33 hp
32 combat
78 fishing, for money.

What are good stats for obby? Should I get attack to like 20, or keep 1? Range, or mage?

 

Your HP is way too low to be obby, people hit 30's with thier obby mauls atleast.
If you even wanna consider becoming Obby mauler, then get your hp to atleast 50.

 

I know? I was planning on getting hp up with range. Im eventually getting 50 att for gmaul....just want to have some low cmb lvl fun.

 

Attack 1, also get range as high as you can without leveling combat.

 

keep it fresh with the 1 attack
if you can try to get 55 slayer for slayer's staff by doing penguins and lamps. It's got the stats of an addy scimi I believe. mayb better.

 

dont train range till 80 str.

I will be honest, i started out with a mauler and with 1 attack most if not all of my hits were 0's.

I eventually made it into a f2p hybrid using soulwars. And with 85 magic, 84 str with a low level. I never looked back.

Maulers are overrated

 

Stay 1 attack, get the max ranged level you can without leveling, etc. You'll want to combo knives/darts with your maul for best results.

 

Just make a gmauler/obby pure would be easier to ko somone and then get 99 range

Attack: 1
Strength: 90+
Defence: 1 - 20 ( If you want Mith Gloves )
Pray: 1 - 31
Magic: 1 - 99 -- Alched.
Summoning: 1

 

Yes get 55 slayer for a Slayer's staff, And raise your HP.

 

You dont need defence for mith gloves? LOL

 

I will not be a permanent obby mauler, going to make him a gmauler after awhile.

Is getting mith gloves really worth it?

 

dont listen to them. you wont run into someone your combat level who will hit nearly as high as you do, all you need is around 40-45 range
take it from me, i used to have a 97 strength obby mauler

60 Strength
1 Attack
1 Defence
40 Range
99 Agility
99 Mining

Working on mith gloves and then slayer staff.
After that I should be set for 99 strength.

 

i have a obby mauler which is level 54 and has 85 str 40 def and 61 range

it tanks.

 

Right now I am;
1 att
75 str
1 def
40 range- i will be getting to 50+ very soon
and 42 hp- Started ranging to recover some hp lost from sw.
35 cmb.
I went 1-iteming with just the maul, and I was doing extremely good.

I have a berserker necklace right now, and im broke.
Botting another mauler for my mate. Got him 1-45 str in a night, then im sw'ing till 65 for him.

Foxxy, your right. Haven't paid attention to the people who say I would get raped...In Duel Arena, I can have a decent duel with 50-59s if their spec's don't hurt.

 

like i said mate, just go out in the wildy risking maul, you'll spank anyone who messes with you(with the exception of tanks. god damn tanks....)
