Hello, everyone. Jordan here, and today, I'm going to begin something I honestly never thought I'd have to do. Firstly, I'd like to thank you for visiting this thread - it shows you care at least somewhat. In this thread, I'm going to document my total weight loss over the next 4 months. I'll get right into it, with a table of contents for you.

1. Introduction; Why am I doing this?

- Alright, hello guys, my name is Jordan, and on January 28th, 2010, I was expelled from my high school for possession of a knife, and marijuana. I live in north Georgia, in the United States of America. At that point in my life, I was a standard 5'8", and weighed approximately 150lbs. Over the course of time, and lack of willpower, and care about myself (due to losing any shot I had at a full potential-driven life, and losing all of my friends, except a few), I simply gave up. I lost control of my own body, and I have gained a staggering 75 pounds in a short 8 months. Today, I plan to being a journey of revitalization within myself, and over the next four months, I hope you follow me as I attempt to drop ALL of that gained weight, or at least 65% of it.

2. My Diet & Routine; Old -> New

- As of March 12, 2010, my diet and routine consisted of the following things:
1. Wake up at 12:00PM (noon)
2. Eat an unhealthy, fattening lunch (usually, not even a real meal - oftentimes I'd simply grab some Doritos and cheese dip)
3. Come back to my room, and get online until approximately 6PM.
4. Feed my puppy, and my two older dogs, and return to my room, and watch television until around 11PM.
5. Go BACK to my computer, and play more video games online, meanwhile, eating junk food and drinking soda to stay powered. (Often drinking several sodas throughout the night, just so I could play online games..)
6. Repeat.

- As of September 25, 2010, my diet and routine will begin consisting of the following things:
1. Wake up at 6AM (Dawn)
2. Eat two eggs, and drink a glass of milk.
3. Walk around my neighborhood one time (approximately 1.2Miles)
4. Come back home, play about 3 hours of computer gaming.
5. Go outside, and play with my puppy, (he needs the exercise to grow, just as I do to get in shape, and it'll be fun!)
6. Come inside, and eat a nice lunch, possibly a salad with no dressing, and have a glass of wine to accompany it.
7. Play a little bit more gaming, and cut down on the soda consumption!!
8. Go to bed, and repeat!

- As of November X, 2010, I hope I can edit this to make it even more natural, and healthy..We'll see what happens.

3. Documentation
-Here, I'll just list one-two line updates on what is going on so far.

-September 25, 2010: I currently weigh approximately 225lbs, at 17 years old, and 5'9-5'10. Today, I plan on taking a nice 1 mile walk, and attempting to only drink ONE soda all day long.
