Briefly explain the trade: Sent $4.50 for an Upgrade through the BuyNow button in his thread, then added his MSN. He didn't add me on MSN, so I PM'd him on Sythe. Took him a few minutes to respond, he responded saying he needed my acc login details to upgrade my account.(I had added him MSN so he could apply it via TV but I was comfortable giving him my login details because it was a starter main I've had for a while, and I had everything registered on it to recover easily.. I also had bought pins from his automated site with no hiccups when they were allowed.
How they scammed: Asked for my acc login details, didn't reply for over 30 minutes(He was online at the time.) so I tried logging in(Fearing he had just changed my password and he was going to run off with my account.) Invalid username/Password. So I pm'd him and asked what my password was now, he replied with the usual " Huh? I didn't change your password it just changed magically." I filed a claim with paypal and recovered my account, now he has logged off of Sythe. Of Course.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I posted in his thread, used his BUY NOW button.(The paypal is the same that is linked to his older, automated site for PINs.) PMed him the info. Now he is offline after I told him to give me my account password back.

Not that I seen. He did finally give me a refund, though.
