Looking to purchase somewhere around 150-200m, preferably all at once. Price I'm looking for is around $1/M

Some things I'm looking for are:

• A seller with a respectively fast method. (I'm not all that interested in waiting a full week)
  
• A seller that has gold selling experience. (and vouches)
  
• A seller that doesn't need access to bank. (no pin given)

If necessary I could stay on account to transfer, but would prefer not to due to my limited playing hours. I would also not be willing to pay extra to see your method, as it is of no particular benefit to me.

I only have around 7m in cash, but I do have the the ability to free up around 75-100m without too much trouble.

I probably wouldn't be willing to go first for the full amount to many people, but would consider it to certain established individuals. I intend to pay in increments. (probably 50m increments) I will be paying with a bank verified paypal.

I'd be willing to use an official middleman if you'd like, but I wouldn't really consider paying the fees myself.
