Notice how he bolds "I R C" to advertise the IRC chat.

Has been done a few times now, and after checking the stickies i see that advertising channels are against the rules...

Probably after the ******** vs IRC thing.

Well, for the last hour and a half, I've been hearing this scratching sound at my window. There's no tree branches near my window or anything which should be scratching on it. The scratching lasts for about 20 seconds (or until I check if there's anything there) then stops for a few minutes before starting again. I don't exactly see it as advertising, but another mod can look it over.
