I'm looking to pay someone to dedicate their time to educate me on programming.

I don't know what type or whatever, because I'm COMPLETELY new.
I really want to know how to like... Build games and programmes and stuff, y'know?

As I stated earlier, I know literally nothing.

I am willing to pay $65.

Rather than starting fresh and getting personally tutored right away, I would suggest browsing some online resources and enrolling in a course at your school or local community college. In the long run, this would save you a lot of time and money, and ensure a more proper education.

Don't let what I just said discount the fact of a mentor, a combination of both would be ideal.
