Account hacking / recovering problem

Recently I have noticed accounts are a lot easier to recover. I recently recovered 2 of my old accounts with just one piece of information. The only piece of information you really need is previous passwords. This has recently backfired on me though. Someone who I let play my account a long ass time ago is now recovering it every day. I reset recoveries, changed email, virus scanned computer etc and they still successfully recover the account. All i could do was move most my items over to my other account. I had my bank pin set, however I was wearing 60m worth of items which they took. That was the first time they recovered the account.

With that being said, I wouldn't buy any accounts due to high risk of them being easily recovered. Has anybody else had an issue similar to this?

tl;dr Accounts can be recovered with previous passwords and no other info. I lost 60m from hacker. Donations accepted
