Proof Jimmy23 (his other account) was involved in a large trade (possibly the 138) with Pen as OMM: http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=6743944&postcount=27

I'm not sure if accountmarket thing proves that he sold the account for $45 and recovered it. If it doesn't, we will need to see if Pen remembers/has in chat logs that he MMed this account trade. If neither of those work, I guess he must remain unbanned.

I tried PMing Peacemaking, the person who did the trade with Jimmy23 and Pen, but it seems he is inactive, so Pen will be the only one who can provide evidence.
