40 oz. to freedom's dispute

i, 40 oz. to freedom also pro bot trainer, understand now what i did was self trading but i did not know at the time that the circumstances would make it fall under self trading because i did sell the account to my friend for the amount stated.. and i keep getting banned for ban evading i just want to start over and try again whats so wrong about that its not like a hacked someones account...
