Paypal help please :/

So today I logged into my paypal and it said:

You have new disputes. Go to Resolution Center

So i go there and as far as I understand, a bank claimed the money that a guy has sent me for virtual stuff.
There are 2 disputes like this:

"
<Name> PP-001-***-908-864 Inquiry

Bank Return
$3,00 USD 04/09/2010 Requiring your action 04/09/2010"

What should I do? I dont wanna lose this money or whatsoever... halp pls

When i try to solve this shit i get 3 options.
1. i can provide proof that I've sent his goods
2. i can proof that i've payed back
3. i will pay back

 

It sounds to me like the person you sold to is attempting to charge back (scam you) In which case obviously 2,3 are out of the question. You should try and fight it, picking option number 1 (hopefully you have proof). If it was sent as a gift you have a good chance of winning the dispute. If it was not there is a slim chance you will win as paypal tends to frown upon virtual sales.

 

Not necessarily... it also could mean that his account balance could have gone into negative credit and all the money he/she sent out was held, pending investigation.

They don't really look at the proof and I doubt the other party has suffice proof either. Just submit some extraneous material because they don't even view the proof. Once you submit it, you just have to wait 7 days or so for the other party to respond before getting your money back. In most cases, the other party will not respond and you will most likely win back your money.

 

Select you have sent the goods. For shipping information, just say that it was a virtual sale. Unless the chargeback was for an unauthorized (stolen Paypal) payment, you'll get your money back.

The most I can show is a screenshot of his vouch LOL, he didnt even put his MSN anywhere on sythe.

And i guess its the case about the negative balance since today another payment got simply BLOCKED which is a chargeback imo...


Wtf is going on omg, havent had any probs with paypal in the last 3 months and now all of the sudden 3 disputes in 2 days... and the worst is that i leave on holidays in 2 days and i gotto react before the 14th >_<

 

Just select option 1, and then tell paypal it was for virtual goods, then show them the vouch he gave you. Then pray for the best.

Don't worry about it too much. The odds are against him, not you. If you can provide any sort of proof, any at all - regardless of how legitimate and small, you should be fine.

 

Not to much, few 10$s....
But pisses me off kinda hard.
And tbh I dont have much faith in showing a sythe vouch of someone that they cant link to the person that sent me the payment :S

Paypal is just a piece of sht, got another acc limited for 'no reason' since april :/
To bad I don't have many other options in my country...
