what should acc be worth

hey sythe i wanted to through out the idea of having an official account appraiser so that people are not getting scammed and their is a fair evaluation on the account on what it will be worth to many people are asking for high prices i believe that this is a type or real-estate market i thought whats is appropriate is bidding if someone is willing to up the anti on their price but also have an set a/w i do believe that the owners of their accounts have a right to chose how much they should sell it for but people are very greedy and decitfull.
