Banned for cancelled chargeback

I was banned for trying to get my money back for a guide that DID NOT WORK even after cancelling the dispute. I tried buying the items required for the guide for around 36 hours to no avail and he claimed the item was bought out by a merchanting clan. The guide was said to work the day before and then a day later apparently the item bought again, how many clans buy out for a single day exactly?

As the chargeback failed and the guide wasn't verified, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt; unbanned.
