    Why is it that "PINs" are illegal to buy and sell on here?

    If it is also illegal to talk about them on here, please let me know so I can close the topic.

    its not illegal to talk about them, they illegally got them through pin lines. not quite sure what they are but just search like runescape pin lines on google.

    I know they are illegal and make RS lose money, but why did they get change to Account Upgrades.?

    so if they are received illegally, sythe has nothing to do with it and cant get shut down i believe?
