How come the minimap is different from the place your at?

 

lol cuz hes not at the GE hes somewhere else in Runescape

 

I'm upstairs in a building But graphics settings are high so you can still see the ground outside the building. If its an issue I can take a new picture, but yes, the picture is legit

 

Never said he's in G.E.. Did I?
If you look at the minimap, he's in on a different floor in a small house.
If you look behind the pricechecker.. you see a tree, and a window (maybe the vrk bank from vrk square?).
