console only , but i've done the math and after buying all cords + 1 controller + hdd it equals ~$135

this console is also modded with x clamp and has had its fixes. Also the guys feedback was legit.

 

If it doesn't have any problems with it, sounds like a great buy.

 

Its a great buy. Make sure you give that thing a 12V fan mod when you get it! Also, open it up to make sure it has the nylon washers on both sides of the board, to avoid the metal washers from damaging the board.
