Need people to join our team, particularly EU people!

 

I'll be completely honest, I don't play WoW but I can offer Gold and powerleveling services (through a website that I partnered with).

They can use my discount code to get 5% off there gold orders etc...

Considering we do leveling, it's competition. Which was my point. I have intention of getting gold farmers in the services, as well. Mainly, I want to keep everything on Sythe.

 

Just out of curiosity how is the money split between your team?

I mean does whoever do the job get the full amount or does the whole team get a bit of it?

 

Most of the services provided are free. Everyone's asked to agree to the basic terms of the service, just so they can put their name on it.

Then they're allowed to charge whatever they want for whatever other services they offer, or people request. And they get the full cut. So it's whoever gets to it first .

 

Doesn't that mean then there's competition between the whole team as such?

 

Yes. But with how WoW works, Team Members can work together on particular cases, and split the dividends. We're not composing a simple partnership, it's more of a collaboration under one name so people can help easily without having to hunt down potential clients.

Plus, the free services that we offer are not easy to do, so I figure will have around 10 team members available so people can get their requests filled quickly . It's a sort of commission without the service taking any cut.
