The corners and edge are kinda boring. The whole pinky theme is kind of boring for me sorry. Not a fan of anime things anyway.

Otherwise it looks like you spent a lot of time on it, its good

And the tag is nice, contrast's too high in some places, and the straight horizontal/vertical lines really don't help.

I really like the sort of scratch effect you have going on. The only thing that I think doesn't fit is the bar on the left with the red glow.
