IP-Check

I bought a character from Tommym007 about a month ago and got tired of runescape so I just made a thread selling it for like half of what i bought it for. Someone wanted to verify the account today and i had to recover it because the password was changed, I thought the guy was legit so I just want an IP Check, Here's a screeny of last IP.

Yes, it is his IP - but without further proof that he did in fact tried to steal it (such as the recovery request on your account with a recent date), nothing can be done sorry. Feel free to post any more information you may have
