Reselling an account once, eh could of been recovered.
Twice, just o.o..
Three times, it's obvious

I don't believe it's a different account notice the mining level>.>..
Stats: 78 Strength, 37 Range 11 Smithing, 52 HP, 49 Mining, 7 Fishing

3 Months later he has a new F2P Pure: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=865319
Stats: 40 Attack, 78 Strength, 42 Range, 34 Mage, 55 HP, 14 Thieving, 49 Mining
Mining stays the same, Strength stays the same, Range/Mage/HP barely rise.
