Don Panzer scammed me out of 18 USD. Went offline after I bought his junk.

I messed up at pasting my screenshots in paint which is why the msn header is getting repeated on top sometimes.

I gave him the option to still send me my money and I would drop the charges. I will keep you updated if this is the case.

 

Please provide unedited, uncropped screenshots of the convo up til the end.

 

Those are the full convo pics, there's just some overlapping due to wrongfully pasting, but whatever gets blocked out on accident at the bottom, can be found on the next picture on top, you can still read what we agreed upon and that he didn't send me the money? If you don't trust me on my word, I can give you access the to paypal address mentioned to check for yourselves.

The only thing that didn't get repeated on top would be the "Sent." which was the last thing he said, he insta logged off after saying that, which is when I took screenshots of the convo.
