Selling level 132 [Yellow Phat][Paypal]

Hello, I am selling my main account after playing for 5 years. I'm going back to finish what i have started and its college. (I know I can just park it away but I think its time to move on.)

I have two option:
(I will wait if there is a bid on second option before i sell this account for the first option. 2>1

First option:I am selling it for usd 300.00. Reason, I have spent tons of time in it and the account comes with a Yellow Phat and about 160m total cash (total about 582m). I am going back to school this month and a few dollar will help pay for class and books. (Please no swap cause im done playing.) Please note, Yellow Phat is around 150.00 usd. And if sold, total of 580m can turn your money double. I just dont have the time to do it.

Second option: My brother-in-law got me started playing this game a few years back when I first got married. He always wanted those Holiday nontradable item. ( So, my second option is a lvl 3 with 9hp(that right 9hp) and all skill 1 with all nontradable holiday item up2date.(Bunny ears, scythe, yoyo,ect) This option will only cost usd 100.00 Plus the lvl 3 account.(Saving 200.00 usd) Why this lvl 3cost more? I value my brother-in-law higher then rs itself. His b-days is next month and this would be a cool present for him plus its very rare to find these account. And no recovery and email.
