900k - 1600k Profit Per Hour

The following method will earn you anywhere from 900k to 1600k profit per hour, depending on your Summoning level.

Title of the method: Running Sinister Keys

Requirements:

49 Agility
50 Construction (with house located in Yanille)
Weapon with the "Slash" option (most weapons have this)
Antipoisons (normal)
Rings of Duelling
Teleport to House tabs


Recommendations:

Decent amount of starting cash (1 million at the least)
Higher Summoning = higher profit

Facts:

Sinister Keys can be used on the chest in Yanille dungeon to receive the following grimy herbs: 3 Ranarr, 3 Harralander, 1 Irit, 1 Avantoe, 1 Kwuarm, 1 Torstol for 6300 profit per key.



The Method:

Withdraw your sinister keys (3 if using no Beast of Burden familiar), one Teleport to House tablet, and at least one dose of antipoison. Make sure to have your Ring of Duelling equipped. Teleport to your house in Yanille, and run east along the north wall of the city until you reach a tunnel under the wall. Proceed under the wall and run a few steps northwest, arriving at some spider webs which you will cut with your slash weapon. Head down the stairs. Once down, run slightly northeast and walk across the ledge along the wall. You will then see a pipe that you can squeeze through a short distance away. Squeeze through the pipe and you will see a chest. Open the chest with all of your keys, and store herbs in your familiar if you have one. The chest will poison you, so use your dose of antipoison after opening the chest. Teleport back to Castle Wars with your Ring of Duelling and repeat.


Profits:

The following profits are expressed in monetary gain per hour. The chart will tell you how many keys to bring per load as well as your hourly profit rate for each familiar.

(No familiar): 910k/hr (3 keys/load)
Bull Ant/Terrorbird: 1140k/hr (4 keys/load)
War Tortoise: 1340k/hr (5 keys/load)
Pack Yak: 1600k/hr (6 keys/load)

Note: The rates above include the time it takes to store herbs in the familiar

This doesn't work. If you do this, you actually lose money. The total worth of the herbs you get from the chest is actually lower than that of the sinister key's, meaning you lose 4-5k per key.

 

Before insulting my guide try adding up the prices of the herbs. It is roughly 70k.

 

They fluctuate quite a bit.
