Hmm..

I've read people's comments on that this whole ordeal over Chriscross and he and multiple others claim it was over one account... Well, it wasn't and I guess mods just didn't see the second account in the original report. So, I'm making a thread on it. It wasn't just the trade between him and dark.
As well, if he isn't going to be banned because he "can't" remember, a few people need to have their case re-looked at. I've seen/got multiple members banned for very similar things.
So, I've re-made the report, and this time; I won't ask it to be moved.. So please don't move it. I may have things to add as time progresses.

Corresponding instances will have a color in front of them to help compare accounts easier..

Instance #1 (The Following post is followed up by a comment from Chris a little later.)

My assumption: Recovered account and didn't see any consequences since she was already banned.

Little earlier:

Not really convincing, just wish he'd of provided proof of the scam.. He had started MMing then and knows how to take screen shots.
He hasn't re-sold the account (to our knowledge), but I have suspicion he may of used it in other trades.
Ex:

30 Pins is around $90.. Would of been a pretty decent account in order to pay for that.


For now, I'm going to sleep. I'll look around when I get a chance tomorrow.
I have a few more things I want to check that could possibly provide more insight into the situation.. Ex: I know he has at least 1 more Sythe account.. From what I've been told the IP's don't match and they aren't the same person even though the Msn is the same... I still plan on looking through it though.

First point

Katiebaby recovered her account first, I remember this trade because katiebaby and I kept in contact and I wasn't too worried about the account because she didn't get it def or anything else malicious. Also katiebaby was unbanned until about 2 months ago or so (Right before my ban). I remember this because she resurfaced and made a topic here:

Point #2:

I already said that I did recover it because she did recover hers first. This trade I do remember because I kept in contact with her.

Point #3:
This is the whole thing with the TwC and my ban ordeal. The first thread says they both are sold. But do you find one offer I say I’ll take? Anyone posting to claim they’ve bought them? Or any vouches? To the best of my memory I posted saying they were sold because I wanted to train them up and re-sell them. I figured they weren’t being bought because they were bad.

Point #4:
This was the sale to darkspirith and I’ve been given a TwC for it. Trying again to get me banned for something that’s already been evaluated? Seems like you’re wasting time.

Point #5:
The rune pure. I can have many people confirm this story. This acc I gave to unb4nn3d to get me 85 slayer. Later I told him he didn’t have to worry about the slayer cause my main got banned. Unb4nn3d then resold this account to pigbow. Pigbow sold this account to his friend. His friend recovered the money so pigbow recovered the account and then re-sold it back to me. Ask any of them if you don’t believe me. This account is currently back in my ownership.

Point #6:
I didn’t know I needed proof unless I’m posting a scammer report. If he scammed me he scammed me.

Point #7:
I sold a lvl 3 with 1.5k zeal for those 30 pins. If you can get into contact with violent they can confirm this. They still have this account. Also if you check the time of the vouch and compare it with the time of my threads you’ll see that it was infact for a lvl 3 with 1.5k zeal.

Now let me match some LOGIN NAMES to combat levels.

Now Tmoe, let me ask you this. Are you really trying this hard to thrash my rep around here? You are digging up stuff from 2 years ago and making up a fairytale of what could have happened. But here I am posting what really did happen. I don’t know why you keep trying to get me banned. I don’t see why you have a vendetta against me but it seems like you’ll never stop trying until I get banned. Hopefully this was your last attempt because these are getting annoying to have to defend myself on. Also is this how you wish to represent your OMM status? An OMM is supposed to be trustworthy and respectful; but it seems to me you’re spending all of your time trying to get me banned. Anyways I hope this clears up any confusion.

P.S. You mentioned why once I started MMing I magically started taking screenshots; this was when I met unb4nn3d and he kept telling me without screenshots I won't get anything. Wanted to clear that up
