I doubt anyone will have 8Hp here on sythe, probably old retired rsc players.

There is a 1hp account named life hated floating about though.

 

Never heard of 8 but there is 9..

 

if i could ever get ahold of that account life hated i would just get its hp up to be a dick

 

there are accounts with as little as 1 hp. that account is a combat level 1 account.

1hp account must be lower than combat level-3.
They are rarest ever accounts.

i haven't seen any on sythe yet but i would say that they would be around.

 

Acctually he is right, back in 2002 Jagex jused to "stat whip" when you were cought autoing as punishment which brought all skills to level 1 -including hp-
The rs player could then train his hp from 1-8 if he wished to. Life_Hated is the only level 1 cb that is known publicly.

 

He doesn't "own" it as such. He bruteforced accounts and got lucky enough to find it. Though he was extremely good at what he did so I guess there was some skill involved too.
