Paypal Problem.

I'm trying to set up a paypal so i can buy bots for my brother and it says bank has denied card, when he just bought it at the store, he's registered the card.


but how do we change the Address from Canada province to a U.S State?

 

Bought the card from a store? And wrong section. But try going to settings.

 

once you've registered one of those prepaid cards, you can't change the information.

Also, in order for a card to work with a PayPal account it must be an international use card, and the registration must match your PayPal registration.

 

you can pay for the bots without a paypal acc just use the credit card
option on rsbot
