What should i do?

I have a problem with one paypal transaction. It was in June when i sold oby mauler to no-named person on sythe. He payed with paypal. At that time I did not have my paypal account verifed so I made second one where he sent it. He sent money to this account , but money was held and after month paypal refunded money to him. Buyer probably did not made any claim. Just paypal held money because of possible riskly transaction. Paypal closed my account so I was not able to do anything in case of this refund to him. Now I have new verifed paypal for about 2 months and I asked him to send money that were refunded to him to my new paypal, but he did not reply yet. I dont know if I should w8t longer or recover account so he will contact me what happend with account that he bought and I will ask him again to send money that were refunded to him to my new paypal adress and after it will be successfull I will give him new password for account.

Any suggestions what should I do? Thanks for help , I hope you understand me.

 

Well first of all do you have proof that any of this happening?

 

IMO, don't count on this person sending you money again.

You may want to take pictures of the PayPal to safeguard yourself against any scam report that may pop up.

 

Well i took pictures of paypal, i can also give all passwords etc to admins because I dont use this paypal since its limited, os i have no fear of scam report , I just want my money or acc back
