wanted to say good luck, and tell ya that there are 36 active half wines (active defines an item that is on an account that has been logged into within 3 months) in the game as of 7/19/10, thanks to jagex's tedious item tracking ways, and jagex mod's thinking they are super cool by revealing info like that, i am 100% sure that is right so yes,it is extremely rare, good luck selling!
