Appetite

    First off I've been trying to lose weight for awhile. I'm not really fat I just have a small gut which I would like to lose. I go to the gym almost everyday for a couple hours for MMA.

    But anyways I've been recently grounded because I was caught drinking. So now I'm spending the rest of my summer at home but I'm still going to the gym. So usually when I'm home and bored I tend to eat ALOT. I'm really trying to get in shape but I don't know why I can't stop eating when I'm bored. Any tips on having a better appetite?

    Eat healthier foods, try to eat fruits, vegetables, whole wheat, fibre, meats and stuff. When you get hungry eat fruits/vegetables/whole wheat. Muscle needs more calories for just existing.. People with muscle mass HAVE to eat more than skinny people, simply because their body burns more calories because it needs energy to keep the muscles there. Eat healthy and drink water, and you'll be good. Also, make sure the last thing you eat is 3 hours prior to going to sleep, your body burns fat while you sleep to create dreams and stuff like that, but if you go more than 12 hours without eating, your body goes into caveman mode. It saves up fat because it is the best source of energy, so you don't want to starve yourself, eat every 2-3 hours but make sure it's low on fat,calories,sodium,and carbohydrates.     Exersize at home too...do some sit ups or push ups...ask your parents to buy you healthier food.

    instead of eatting junk eat fruits
    if you play some sort of game do push ups while playing e.g rs alching do a push up every click i heard it from here some where

    eat more fiber and carbs like apples or pasta breads so your fuller for longer

    What do you usually eat for dinner/lunch/snacks?

    Usually I wake up and put together together yogurt with strawberries and granola. Some days I would eat a few bowls of those. Sometimes I would make tuna salad later or chicken wings or eggs. I usually have that throughout the day. When I come back from the gym I'm not very hungry so I just eat the salad my makes. I don't really eat junk food I never did eat alot of JUNK food, I eat it sometimes. The thing is I eat so much.

    My advice to you is to not eat more than two eggs a day, they are rich in protein, but also have a lot of fat. Also, eat every 2-3 hours, smaller portions though, so your metabolism speeds up and burns calories faster. Also, like I said before, eat 3 hours before going to bed, no sooner, and don't go more than 12 hours without eating... Try going 8 at the most.

    Eat Plenty Fruit and veg And Im sure you will be fine :)

    Just eat healthy instead of junk, drink slim fast if you want too lol
