[Request] Thread Layout

I want a thread layout for a service I'm starting on Sythe.

Width: 930px
Height will be however high it needs to be to fit everything.

I want it something kind of like the Sythe background. Have you guys seen that guy who keeps trying to buy Sythe accounts? He has a amazing thread layout (even though his services are against forum rules).

I want something that blends into the NextGen blue background in posts, but I also want it to have good light affects, and streaks of light, etc.

Colors can be blue, gold, red, silver, white..

Here's what I'd like it to say/look like:

If someone can make this for me, I will goldfarm a bit for you, or bot you in mining/firemaking for free. ^_^

EDIT: Something like this (http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t271/rozza15/pinshopexample.jpg) would be nice. But without the light blue color at the top, and better/nicer fonts (I like darker colors for backgrounds).
