Paypal problem

Everytime i make a paypal account and get money it always gets closed for "suspicious activity"
I lost 400$ from them!

What country should i register in so it doesnt get closed again?

Exactly what happened to me for suspicious activity.. Are you waiting the 180days to get the 400$ bak?

Paypal doesn't endorse the buying and selling of virtual/intangible goods. If you rack up a lot of payments from buyers who have had a history of suspicious activity or acquire a lot of disputes for virtual payments, your account will be closed.

Receiving a lot of Gift payments will do this too, in some cases. Gift payments are designed for family and friends only, not for business purposes.
