verify paypal?

so i was dealing with a few trades including paypal and i got the money and all, but apparently i cant USE the money without having my paypal verified with a bank or credit card number. the problem here is i dont have either of those things. is there any way to get around this? any easier way to use or anything? i still need the money digitally to respend ect. so i cant use western union.

You could use that to verify your paypal you can get them at your local walmart.
