il-pk3r-li is a Scammer

I was trying to buy a Product from il-pk3r-li. I sent money as a gift he said he recieved but I didn't send as a gift. He also took Battlescape Items and GP. Screenies to Prove:

I don't care if admins say I do not have enough proof,
DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS NO GOOD SCAMMER. AS YOU CAN TELL HE IS A CHILD BECAUSE HE SCAMS FOR WHATEVER MONEY HE CAN GET LIKE IN THIS CASE $2 WHICH I MAKE AFTER 10 MINUTES AT WORK. IM NOT EVEN GOING TO REQUEST IT BACK BECAUSE THIS CHILD MUST BE SO UNGRATEFULLY HATED BY HIS PARENTS THAT HE NEEDS THIS MONEY.

He was banned on sythe but according to the Admins assisting him in Ban Disputes it was an accidentle IP ban so I trusted his 30 Vouches. DO NOT LET HIM BACK ON SYTHE.
