What is "gold farming"

Can some one give me a general description of it?

It gets you gold but how how?

There is no set way as to "how". Gold farming is when someone gets you massive amounts of gold quickly. Some people do it by mining, some by woodcutting, some by killing... etc.

 

If you're purchasing 'gold farming' from one of the many chinese companies out there, it means they are using a bot on your account to get your desired gp.

Of course they will claim everything is 'hand done'.
It's the biggest waste of money possible. Get yourself a good autofighter and you can 'goldfarm' tons of gp by yourself.

 

i wouldn't even say its "getting gold quickly". Generally it is when you do nothing else but make gold on runescape until you have the desired amount.

 

Not enough money to buy bots but if i could I would. And no im not getting it from a chink sight.

 

It's all different, I know for a fact, USFINE does it via 2 methods.. Something to do with oak planks.. And green dragging.

 

I tihnk its getting alot of gold quickly by using certain skills.

Now that you know what it is. I really wouldn't advise paying for someone to bot your account or anything and have them call it gold farming. There was a thread earlier today that was posted about how the guy used a 5$ bot and earned the gold he bought on another account with the same stats faster.

What I just said there confused me, anyways don't buy gold. Just bot.
