In this thread Elessar filed a scammer report on someone charging back on him, ( in the first picture on that thread , it shows the payment details ) The 'Payment Sent to' - Would be Elessars Paypal E-mail Address.

I don't want him to instantly be banned, as it could not be his fault, and he is also has a purple partyhat, and is selling it : http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=874922&highlight=Elessar

So if it wasn't his fault (and his paypal was limited or something) then maybe he would give back the purple partyhat. So please give him a chance to do that (Possibly send him a PM or something) and give it some time.
